This Child Safety Standards document defines the policies and measures implemented by UDAM to ensure a safe environment for all users. By using the Udam application or www.udam.mn website, users acknowledge and agree to comply with these safety standards.
1. GENERAL CHILD SAFETY COMMITMENT
1.1 Scope
Udam is intended for adult users (18+). However, as the platform may be accessed in family environments, UDAM is committed to protecting children and ensuring a safe digital environment.
1.2 Zero Tolerance Policy
UDAM enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

- • Exploitation or abuse of children in any form
- • Content promoting or depicting inappropriate interactions with minors
Any violation will result in immediate removal of the content, permanent account suspension, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
2. USER CONTENT AND MODERATION
2.1 User-Generated Content
Udam allows users to upload and share content such as photos, videos, and family history information.
2.2 Content Monitoring
UDAM actively monitors content using both automated systems and manual review processes.

3. REPORTING AND ENFORCEMENT
Users of UDAM can report inappropriate, harmful, or suspicious content.

4. CHILD DATA PROTECTION
Udam is not directed to children under the age of 13. UDAM does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If we become aware of any data or activity involving children that violates our policies, we will take immediate action.
5. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
UDAM complies with applicable laws and regulations regarding child safety and online protection, including cooperation with law enforcement authorities where required.
